· Consulting- ARMS will walk the site with your company's Engineers to plan every step of the installation/de-installation project.

· Planning- ARMS is available to meet and discuss upcoming projects. Our team will construct the best method to complete the project in short order, keeping customer's traffic in mind.

· Pre-installation- ARMS can support the Central Office prep work needed for major installations, infrastructure builds, power, fiber and CAT6 cabling from the network to new equipment.

· Installation- ARMS will provide detailed support during the installation; we will provide mechanical MOP/SOW/ATP reporting required on job completion on each project.  Communication is vital, daily updates from installation crew at EOD, every day until the work is completed, and the job is signed off.

· De-installation- ARMS will remove your retired equipment and the cabling associated with each system.  ARMS will provide the skilled technicians to handle all your removal requirements in critical areas of your Switch.

· Data Eradication- ARMS properly degauss sensitive information in retired systems for customers for over fifteen years. We have a very comprehensive data destruction procedure for every retired system.  All eradicated drives come with a certificate of destruction and a full report using ISO 14001 recycling standards.

· Recycling- ARMS proven program will eliminate your e-waste and recycle all electronic equipment. We are an approved recycling company in Massachusetts and follow all ISO 14001 recycling laws and regulations. All retired equipment comes with a lot # and certificate of destruction verifying the equipment has been properly disposed of according to State and Federal law.
